At Chouhan Bros, we want you to have the perfect fit and shopping experience. We use standard EUR sizes to help you choose the right size. However, if you still wish to exchange your pair for another size, we are happy to assist you under the terms below.
Exchange Guidelines
Exchange Period: You may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: The product must be in its original box, unused, and in saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice.

Exchange Terms
Exchanges are only applicable for the same style in a different size.
If your requested size is out of stock, you may choose another style of equal value.
We do not offer cash refunds or order cancellations.
Sale Items
No exchange or return will be accepted for items purchased during sale or promotional offers.
All sale items are considered final purchase.
International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Additional Information
Shipping Delays: During festivals, public holidays, pandemics, or due to adverse weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed. We will make every effort to ensure your parcel reaches you as soon as possible in safe condition.
Customer Responsibility: The cost of returning the product to us for exchange will be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or damaged.
